Report a translation problem
There is a BG3 specific one (https://baldursgate3.gamefractal.com/), but was mirroring what we could / couldn't do in EA -- so it's quite out of date with what we can do on Thursday when the game launches. And it's not just capping at L5 vs. L12 -- attributes and racial bonuses have a changed a ton since EA, so give it a week or two after launch and I'm guessing it will be updated.

The downside of this is that it's only a 'plan to current level' sort of option -- no forward looking moves can be simulated in respec.
