Bard is also good for debuffing. Lore bard in particular gets one of the best debuffs you can get.
Sleep, Command, Blindness, and Glyph of Warding are excellent contenders.
Lore Bard is indeed the king of debuffs.
They can use their Reaction to use Cutting Words which lowers a creatures Saving Throw by 1d6/1d8/1d10 (increases with level ups) immediately upon casting their debuff spells. It's a more powerful Bane + Debuff combo that they can do every single turn.
Spider Queen is going to have a hard time saving against a Wisdom DC of 15 with a minus 1d8 to her roll.
