Yes there are alot of debuffs you can cast. Usually the enemy can make a ability save to avoid it or take a reduced effect though.

Most buffs and debuffs take concentration though so the person doing the buffing/debuffing will need to be protected.

last time i played in EA the hag and gith patrol and the spider queen gave me trouble , any debuff i throw at them to make the fight easier ? or would it just be better to focus on dps ?

A slow approach helps in this fight. Try to bait out the smaller spiders first then send someone in with stealth and a bow to snipe the clusters of eggs so you don't have to deal with the babies. For the queen herself, you can set the web bridges on fire or just attack them while the queen is on one and you can get some extra damage from making her fall.

Illusion and Enchantment are the schools you'll want to focus on for debuffs/disables. Necromancy and maybe Transmutation have a few too. Wizard instead of Sorc

Bard is also good for debuffing. Lore bard in particular gets one of the best debuffs you can get.

there's a debuff I recommend, its called Hold Person, make the humanoid unable to move and act and any attacks that its at least in a range of 3m against the target its 100% critical hit! so you can send your fighter for the kill!

Yeah, Hold Person + Paladin Smite is a fun combo.

I would say the spell command, Hold person, Hold Monster, you have Hex, you also have Bane. If Druid you can turn into a spider use web and then have another character cast a fire spell on the webbed enemies or just make your wizard learn the spell web, so many spells you can use.

There are some very good non-concentration debuffs out there.
Sleep, Command, Blindness, and Glyph of Warding are excellent contenders.

Lore Bard is indeed the king of debuffs.
They can use their Reaction to use Cutting Words which lowers a creatures Saving Throw by 1d6/1d8/1d10 (increases with level ups) immediately upon casting their debuff spells. It's a more powerful Bane + Debuff combo that they can do every single turn.

Spider Queen is going to have a hard time saving against a Wisdom DC of 15 with a minus 1d8 to her roll.
