The only thing that keeps society from making bestiality legal is, that animals can't talk and thus give consent (and for most people because it is absolutely disgusting). Which is ironic cause they also can't give consent to being kept as a pet, yet we still do it.

So in this game it is a sentient species that can talk and give consent thus it makes it technically okay. Although still crazy and disgusting imho.

If a human can turn into a kid and has sex with pedophiles, as long as it keeps them from actual kids, this would be a win imho.

In the end it is a game and should not be taken too seriously...

okay ... lets take you serious now.

1) Its a comedy + a piece of art. Comedy since ancient times made fun of LITERALLY everything and do also make fun of taboos like this. Its nothing new, and it was not shown anything in game. It was a distasteful joke. No need to feel like it will open the door for such in real Life or something. It wont. Look at comedy central / adult swim. Just watch the south park pandemic episode with Randy and Micky Mouse having sex with a bat and later with a pangolin. Larian didnt showed anything but south park did. So if you feel uncomfortable south park is the worse thing and thatfore the better example to make this stuff a political, social, philosophical topic. Also since Comedies and Tragedies are categoriezed as "art" it is protected under the "freedom of art" right. As are the distasteful jew jokes and stereotypes for south park as is a bad written netflix series with sheety characters / story or a book you write and make publicly accessable yourself which covers all your fears, disgustes or real kinks or whatever. In art, movies, videogames, literature, painting etc. the artist is allowed to express him/herself and make even the uncomfortable things a topic like for example murder. Killing is not allowed in civilisation too, but it is THE topic of humanity

2) Videogames, Literature and Movies are since ancient times full of stuff you shouldnt do in real life and most people do understand that. The sentence "dont watch the silence of the lambs movie and start eating people that annoy you because of it" I am sure no-one ever came up with. This is hysteric madness.
3) Please dont get hysterical with that child-argument too. The very idea of the term / thing called "child" is that it is not a sexual creature. Thats what that word and the idea behind it mean. Which meants a druid turning into a child is not having a body made for sexuality or hormones that are creating the fun and desire of such. THATFORE this argument is worth nothing. Its only hysteric. A shapeshifter in such form will always turn out in sexual content related to violence and creating suffering and such is the border of a functional morality. And thatfore this is a very different thing. You can not compare "this" with "that", because there is a difference (the distance for example).
"Do not create violence or suffering" is a moral maxime, but If your argument is "my tummy hurt" than it has no moral-value.

I play DnD and other TT like Dark Heresy. People do extremely weird stuff in TT games. It goes with the hobby. BG3 is based on DnD 5th Edition so it's the same vibe.
