What character combo can get the most skills?
I was trying to theory craft my first character and my goal is to create the ultimate skill monkey as I don't plan to re-roll any skill checks. I also intend to play on Tactician and try to avoid cheese so the build has to be semi-viable. Here is what I've got so far and I'd be curious to hear other thoughts.

Race Wood Elf
Perception (Expertise)
Stealth

Background Entertainer
Acrobatics
Performance

Starting Skills
Insight
Investigation
History

Bard Level 3 College of Lore Specialization
Arcana
Intimidation
Sleight of Hand

Warlock Level 2 Beguiling Influence
Deception
Persuasion (Expertise)

Stats
Strength 8 (Easy dump as I'd use finesse weapons)
Dexterity 16 (high AC/Init and Finesse weapons)
Constitution 12 (nowhere else to put this during point buy, hp is always nice)
Intelligence 10 (there is an int 17 helmet for int skills outside combat)
Wisdom 14 (so many wisdom skills + tadpole powers)
Charisma 15 (with attribute points from level ups + eye and hag hair ill get this to 20 at least)

This has the advantage of 1/2 my proficiency bonus to the skills I don't have, decent/high stats for the majority of useful skills, and expertise in 2 skills. I can continue to level as a Bard or Warlock. I also considered a level in rogue to get 2 more expertise assuming the game allows that.

In combat I can throw out eldritch blasts and support magic, be reasonably tanky, and do well with ranged and finesse weapons. I also think it makes sense from an RP perspective as I'm obsessed with knowledge and will go to any lengths and deal with anyone to obtain it.
