My wizard build
Spell caster wizard forest gnome race starting stats st8/dex16/con14/int17/wis10/chr8 What do you think?

Stats are good, should be fine. Note that you can get these stats with anybody in 1.0, you're not forced to play a gnome.

I understand, but with Forest gnome I gain speak with animals spell, and i think this will be fun to use.

For a wizard? No, they don't. INT-CON-DEX/WIS for wizard. High DEX = high AC, especially with robes and light armor. High CON is needed to not die in one hit, high INT because it's a wizard's main stat.

Please, tell us more about why it's weak.

his dex was 160 so it was a joke lol, guess he fixed it in the main post.

Outside of a videogame I'd probably be something similar BUT in a videogame I'd suggest not caring so much about AC and HP and go Charisma as your secondary. I know it sounds horrible to some but as it'll be your character doing all the conversations it may be a lot better for your experience as you can't just have a face handle all your conversations.

What else are you looking for? You're good to go. There aren't many different ways to make a level 1 wizard at the moment. Once you have a few levels under your belt, your choice of feats, ASIs, and how you assemble your spellbook will offer a much wider array of options.
