Hardware requirements (laptop)
Hey there! I'm going to get laptop with i5 11400H + RTX 3050 (4 Gb) + 16 gb RAM +SSD. I see that probably videocard will be a bottleneck for BG3. If there's anyone with the same hardware (laptop), please share your experience. I'm really curious whether this laptop can run BG3 properly (not a big fan of high-end graphics, if it can run on minimum settings with 60fps, I will be happy).
TY!

We dont know atm as the spec on the store page could be put of date based on the early access builds.

You might have some issues with your VRAM, but this isn't a highly active game with lots of fluid movement, so you might be fine, might just stutter a bit in the cut scenes

BG3's biggest bottleneck is CPU.

My 4080/13900HX Laptop runs it at 1600p with DLSS Balanced at a fairly locked 120FPS. But it is very GPU heavy, and incredibly CPU heavy. It hammers my 13900HX. And my desktop 5800X3D/4090 are hit hard. My 5800X3D can actually drop into the 115s with a target of 165 FPS using DLSS Quality @ 3440x1440.

Lol @ amd. I'm at a higher res with last year's flagship 140+ no sweat.

You can also use Gforce now. If you want to spare your laptop heat and strain
