No, PC players 'only' get the month early release date, no 3 days of act 1 anymore.
They say you should only download it on release date 3 August.
Before the release date was pushed forward, pre orders were going to be able to play the full release version of act 1 3 days before the game released, not the 8 months old early access build. As the game's now coming out a month early anyway that's no longer the case.
