There is an option. It is to play as a female character and enter the scene as a female character so it is not gay. The other option is to just ignore the option to enter the scene and reject the druid.
Pretty sure they have great mental breakdown if they happen to see that.
What if i'll miss powerful artifacts? What if i'll lose significant part of the story content?
It's not impossible and it is extremely unlikely you will ever see all of the content that is in BG3. 170 hrs of cinematic content. 17,000 different end game endings. You honestly think you are going to see all of that?
It is also a practical approach. No way you are going to experience all of the content in the game. Unless you become a fanatic about the game and never play anything else for years.
Otherwise I don't think you'll have a problem.
I am straight normal, so I find it a bit weird. But I can turn a blind eye.
