How to revive downed in players

Hi new to the game and one of my characters is downed I know usually it rolls the dice to see if he gets back up or die but this character is just on the ground with an icon above there head and I can’t use a scroll because there not dead . Must be missing something

Aint there like a help action you can use on them with another character? Check your skill bar.

Try using the help action or heal them. If those don't work could try opening map and travelling somewhere, saving and reloading or killing and then reviving.

You can throw a healing potion close to them even in combat.

People who dont find you know who. How do you rez people who say fall off a really high cliff that you can't reach?

There are a few options.

1) Smash a healing potion on them. Throwing potions also works.

2) Healing magic like Cure Wounds(Which requires being within touch range) and Healing Word. A Paladin's Lay on Hands also works.

3) There is a 'Help' action on your bar that you can use to help a downed ally up. You need to be within touch range to help them up.
