Ea version is exactly same as if you would have used base+dd key.
Or you can use ce key to your EA game and then that is collectors edition.
So they are same innall regards.
In fact, in the email with the codes sent to the buyers of the Collector's Edition, Larian says that those who already have the game in Early Access can also give the game code to a friend. So there are no differences. 🙂
