Easiest are combos of Sorc, Paladin, Warlock or Bard.
Charisma is the main statistic for all 4 classes which means there are synogies.
Beyond this specific ones like Gloomstalker/Assassin subclasses go hand in hand as an uber alpha strike build.
No build could resist a 2 level dip in fighter.
Question is more balancing what you lose over what you gain. Unlike other iterations of dnd, like 3.5ed, multiclassing is not automatically superior to full class.
For sure Paladin/Warlock is probably the best one. Not only do you get Pact of the blade at level 3 which makes your Charisma into your attack stat instead of strenght. You get spellslots that refresh on a short rest which you can use for smite. Aswell as warlock spells and Eldrich blast for ranged options. If you go with the fiend you also get temp hit-points if you kill something. It's just amazing.
Another good option is Gloomstalker ranger/Assassin Rogue or Rogue in general. Or even Gloomstalker/Battlemaster Fighter. Action surge is amazing and you get manouvers.
