And yes, they can get upset and leave.
If launch change it ... we will see, but i do not expect it.
Piss them off too much and they can leave for good... if they dont try to whack you first.
This was my plan also. At least for act 1. Read a guide to see when the different get approval since I have already gone through act 1 twice its not ruining much. Swithc out to maximize approvals and then just go with the flow with act 2 and 3 with no spoilers.
As some said they might leave. Im guessing it also opens up some quests etc. If more happens like abilities we dont know. But since many of them are quite special they might get something unique.
Basically this. The ones who are very warlike usually try to kill you, if you need a hint.
