You can dual wield non-light weapons, but not two handed weapons with the feat.

I guess you could get the feat to dual wield longswords then have someone cast Enlarge /Reduce on you. That'd be close. Though I don't recall offhand if that spell's actually made it in the game or not.

Enlarge is in the game.

No, there is no way to wield two-handed weapons single handedly. At best, you can wield 'versatile' weapons either 1 or 2-hd. A 2-hd weapon will always use both hands, no matter what.

All the barbarian subclasses in BG3 are pretty good, though Wildheart with Bear will give you an edge on survivability. Beserker will give you an edge on damage (and if you want to swing big things a lot, go for this). For multiclassing, two levels of fighter will net you some abilities that will be useful for barbarians (action surge, second wind, fighting style)- beyond that, it will depend on the particulars of how Larian implements Rage, and Monks.
