There fixed it for ya. Take a quiz!

Which I can agree with most of, except I'd rank my CON higher. I've definitely got above-average physical endurance/stamina but I guess having a weak stomach and being a lightweight (somewhat by choice as I'm on the lighter end of 'average' and something of a teetotaler) shot me in the foot with the way the quiz wanted to judge. DEX also getting gimped a little bit by bad eyesight and coordination, I'm not a clumsy person.

Base no modifiers 18 would mean you could carry around 270 pounds all the time never become encumbered by that amount of weight, that is easy for someone with 18 str I don't think there is a human alive that could carry that around all day every day unbothered, base rules say 15x str this would also mean in jumping you could clear easy with no effort a running jump of 18ft haha 9ft standing jump, not impossible but typically speaking in the real world bulky str and jumping distance do not mix, because of the amount of weight required to obtain bulky builds. Reality is dnd stats are super human after some point.
Are you disabled too?
I was going off pure dnd rules, which state you can carry unencumbered 15xstr so 15x18=270, this isn't your max just your unencumbered state lol I believe half that weight is considered a light load and 400 lbs would be considered heavy, I'm no expert on dnd rules of course this is just what I'm reading online for the base rules lol
