Human Female Companion Romance?

Not a single human female companion is romancable. In fact, there not a single femal human companion at all. What did Larian mean by this? We have two romancable male humans but none female.

I personally prefer to romance female humans in RPGs, and it's very strange for me that there no such option, while those who enjoy human males romance have two options.
Unless there some hidden female human companion who is yet to be revelaled, or Gale can be transformed into women, it's just seem unfair to me.

Why did Larian did this?

Being a straight guy in DAI is also not ideal. You gotta choose from an ugly elf, a tall bald woman, a 30 years old who talks like anime girl, and a place holder.

To be fair, pretty much all of the romance options in Inquisition are kinda meh. Better than Dragon Age 2 in my opinion (I'll take Josephine and Cassandra over Merrill and Isabela any day) but not as good as Origins.

But in my opinion, it's hard to beat just kissing Morrigan out in public whenever.

I don't pixel-date. I also don't know Swen Vinke or Adam Smith.

It's possible that the closest you'll get to a female human in this game is when you trade with one, quest for one, rescue, or kill one.

If you're under-the-spell of female humans you can always play as one.

I play as a human male. I'm not love-struck, but I may hit the pub when I reach Baldur's Gate.
