Good Duo?
I'm looking for a recommendation for another class that would work good in a co-op playthru with a cleric. Thanks.

Depends on what the other person wants to do. Do they want to melee or cast spells?

Heavy armour.

Like a Fighter or Paladin to take the heat off the Cleric.

Paladin synergizes well thematically AND mechanically. Although you'll find a lot of overlap when it comes to certain spells and skills.

Ranger could pair well.

Or a monk.

Anything works well with Cleric. Cleric is the ultimate team class, he makes any class better at what they do.
All he'll do is cast Bless, but hey it's the best spell in the game.

A duo is going to be very underwhelming without cheesing the game, so I suggest a thief since your cleric won't have very good damage and will probably die off early and then the thief can solo the game from stealth. Give your cleric light armor and high stealth as well and maybe, just maybe, they won't be instagibbed every combat.

We do this; duo Cleric. If you go the Stealth route a Trickster Cleric/Rogue is fun as well.

Pretty much this. Clerics are buff machines and can negate most other classes drawbacks to some degree or another.

Nothing works with a Cleric. They are terrible with everything else and a worthless class in general....
