The Drow is a slut anyway so don't have any expectations there.
You people who come here sayin stuff like "you don't buy a game for romance" are not getting it. It's not about that. Of course you buy the game for everything that's in it. The characters, dialogue, story, combat, choices, the customization and ways to express yourself and experience life as someone else in an RPG set in a beautiful fantasy world. But romances are a part of that.
OP, the devs have been deliberately vague about this and have said that *some* companions might sleep around, but afaik the only one we know to do this is Lae'zel, the Githyanki woman. Though it's my understanding she will do this at a relatively early stage of your relationship, it's not like they will swear their loyalty and love to you and you to them, and then they'll just stab you in the back. Like others have said the rest of the companions will get to know each other and might form relationships around the camp too if you haven't started anything with them, but it seems most of them will be faithful to you if you are to them.
And while we know some polygamous relationships are possible, we don't know how they start, with whom, and whether that's with your consent or not. For now since nobody has played the full game through, we just don't know all the details.
Not exactly stalking. You get a lil icon next to your name if you own/have played the game.
They can't cheat on you because they are characters in a story in a video game
I suppose it would break the idea of fantasy - I mean, it's not escapism if it's true to life. But still, it would be nice to have npc's reflect their alignment - for instance, if you try to romance an evil or neutral aligned character, don't be surprised when they do some evil or morally dubious ♥♥♥♥ to you in the romance department.
Hell, sounds like fun!
