Logitech G502 runs slow

I am using a Logitech G502 and the movement speed slow down to almost a crawl within the game. It works fine if I move to any other window (Win 10). I tried using my Razer Basilisk Ultimate and it works fine in the game.

Anyone else run into this issue with their Logitech mouse?

Try install Logitech G Hub and set settings there

I am using G Hub already and tried changing various settings to no avail. Perhaps once the game comes out officially the problem will fix itself.

Idk, i have G403 and it works perfectly fine. Are you sure you are not set any settings in Baldur's Gate 3 profile in G Hub?

I fixed the problem by creating a new BG3 Profile. For some reason it will not allow me to delete the old profile.

Ahh great news. I have a G502 as well, but never had any issues.
