How is this acceptable??

Hello everyone,

i don't like to be a part of games discussion messes and always try to stay away from them but this time i was little bit shocked, and i have one honest question for people who don't mind the sex with animal option in the game.

i want to ask people who say its an option you have your freedom to avoid it.
what about other terrifying options some games will have in the future?
next some other games will have an option for Rape, you don't have to choose it.
and next some other games will have option for Pedophilia, you don't have to choose it.

these kind of options should be illegal, we have to draw the red line.

Yikes. It's obvious by now people are making these posts b/c they want attention, else they'd go to one of the other 1000 threads on this topic.

No one "doesn't mind sex with a bear". It's not a bear, it's a shapeshifted humanoid that consents. It can shift back at will. It uses magic, is also not human and the other party is a vampire (i.e. dead).

Rape has been in games for ages already. Succubi and nymphs, glamours, mind control spells, all these have existed in games and fantasy in general forever.

If you care about animal rights and animals not being violated, stop consuming dairy. If you are not prepared to do that, you have no right to an opinion on animal rights in a game that doesn't involve animals, or humans for that matter.

The bear is a joke. You know that right? Why people are not getting it being a joke is beyond me but the year being 2023 might explain it.

Rape has been in games but being mostly stumbled upon the aftermatth of it or before in which you can stop the thing from happening, and rarely have it been the player character doing the deed. In Fallout 2 if you played a female character. Your character could be raped by an underage, the entire thing is faded to black.

How this is acceptable? Because this is art. In movies, fiction hard subjects should always be allowed if the creator/creators wishes the subject to be invovled. I don't like movies like the terrifier or saw so I avoid them. I have my thoughts about the movies but people have the right to enjoy them and watch them and make their own minds about them.

Asking the question whatever this or that being acceptable is laughable as it implies moral policing.

I dont agree with any Censorship, but I do have issues with those claiming this was "Optional". This was Steamed and used by Marketing to show this to people who in no way expected something like this. The whole excuse of it being Voted by Chat is BS. Marketing knew that the odds where high people would chose this. They picked and let the scene play out because they want to get everyone talking about it.

Next is those who try and Defend it by claiming this would be okay in Real Life if Animals could Consent. Just the level of insanity that is going on to try and justify this is insane and turns it from a Weird Fetish into a something else all together.

Last but not lest is the claims that is some kind of Common Joke that D&D Players talk about in the Community. Not a single time in all the Years I played Pen and Paper RPGs during my Youth was this something anyone ever thought. We where busy entering Dungeons and fighting Dragons, not trying to Bang them.

Dunno, while bear stuff is gross, I don't think it's that much more gross than stuff we have in other games. ♥♥♥♥ Trevor did in GTA5, rapes, tortures, canibalism. Arthur geting raped in the swamps in Red Dead Redemption 2.

So first thing first there is no "sex scene with a bear in this game". There is a suggestive one.
Now does the films, series and video games have suggestive rape or pedophilia?
So for the rape part. There is already a tons of films with rape contents and they are not even suggestive.
For the pedophilia part... Are you familiar with game of thrones? Where a teenage 15 years girl is, suggestively, raped by a madman.

So those stuffs are already here... Why do you feel the need of making the thread in this forum where it is absent from the game?

This is a fine example of those that try and excuse away my Criticism by acting like we in Elementary School. This is by far the most Common Response when you try to reasonable lay out your issues in a way they have no Defense against.

what attention i can get from Steam forums? this is the most dead forums on the internet. i don't want attention i am asking legit questions.
and that shapeshifted humanoid shifted to an animal. any sick studio can make shape shifted 20 old years woman to be 10 years old child. and you have the option to have sex with that shape shifted 10 years old child.
this option is harmful, other studios are watching they will do terrifying things to go viral on the internet, this is the new era of the free advertisement, do something sick and people will talk about you.
the shape shifting human can shift to anything other than an animal or a child.

not all Arts are acceptable, some Arts are more dangerous than you think, and harmful.
