it's sex with anything non human, not okay either and is still on the same ground as sexuality because it is 2 different species. It's not entirely true that fictional CP is illegal. For example, in the U.S., it's up to the presiding judge to decide whether or not the fictional works in question possess artistic value, or other similar merit. If they find it doesn't, it's classified as an obscenity and prosecuted as such. But ultimately it's subjective.

Not really contributing much to the discussion but interesting nonetheless.
