That distinction is relevant in the eyes of the law in all developed countries.

You might then invoke a law in country A prohibiting the distribution and/or possession of pornographic content involving bestiality. Well, the law also has a definition for pornography, usually involving some element of sexual stimulation. Inasmuch as the scene between Astarion and Halsin was not created for the purpose of sexual stimulation, being a small part of a narrative game, it doesn't rise to the level of pornography. Your loli succubus, on the other hand, does, due to the intent of sexual stimulation at the time of creation.

Assuming your profile is correct, doesn't matter if it is a actual 12 year old or a 8000 year old loli fictional depictions of the subject matter are legal in united states as it is protected by "Freedom of Expression" i believe.

Where as here in Australia fictional or not it is illegal to possess such content.

Oh, those people are perfectly fine with genocide, death threats and torture, eternal and otherwise.

Is the scene a joke though? I mean, yeah, you have the visual pun where the figurative bear Halsin taking the shape of a literal bear, but the visual pun loses its meaning if the main character were female-identified. But I read this scene as one of intimacy, where Halsin is showing some emotional vulnerability by admitting his flaws as a romantic partner. And the audience choses the dialogue option where Astarion chooses to be a supportive partner. That being said, I can't see Astarion as a supportive romantic partner. Too much unprocessed trauma.

Should we also discuss the lack of reaction from those people at the preceding romance scene, where a male-identified reptile and a female-identified mammal share an intimate moment? Where is their outrage?
