regarding the bear scene, are these people serious?
I'm shocked to see how many people just melt down over a silly scene where you do it with a bear.

Clearly is just a stupid moment where the developers show how dumb you can be with your character. Yet, people are coming out saying that this is a justification for bestiality, and that somehow Larian is trying to normalize having sex with animal

Are these people serious? am I the only one who just laughed and didn't take that moment seriously?

Are we going to bann Family guy and the Simpsons just because how over the top some of their situations are?

That druid kills goblin children when he gets a chance. That could be a topic of discussion too.

I agree especially the ones that threating everyone like zoophile where there was no sex scenes showed at all. The scene was suggested and cut just before to get to it.
To me it's a pretext to behave like a dork.

Nah, it's just normalisation of perversion.

IDGAF though, gonna kill Halsin anyway, if someone wants to trade prime Drow pu$$y for being ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by a literal bear they are welcome to it.
Nobody tell this guy how the Minotaur of Crete and Sleipinir were made in their respective mythologies.

Old gods were notorious for their perversions, doesn't mean they were social role models (warning tales more often than not). Meanwhile both vikings and ancient greeks commonly viewed sodomy and bestiality as a crime.

Not sure what real-world Scandinavia and Classical Greece's views of the world have to do with a fantasy universe like the D&D one.

Yes. A shoutout to their MYTHOLOGIES. Not their actual real-life LAWS.

A worldview is not the same as a law.
Edit: Nevermind, I see you have no intention of actually contributing to the topic. See ya.

People are tired of having degeneracy shoved in their face, so they've become overly cautious of anything that seems to celebrate it. Understandable.

Personally, I think it's pretty clear the bear scene has been included for laughs (in a mature game no less). I'm looking forward to a time when humanity removes the stick from its ass, and learns to laugh again.

I guesses you never heard of Bearscaping

you can take that sceene very easy out of context, just like how i had no context at all to see that the first time, and i will say that its not realy the best way to do so, like, it just screams for people to start complaining at the dev to have something like this at all, sex sceene ok i guess, not realy why i play video games, but does this one go a little bit too far? i mean context is importand, no context at all and it looks like random zoos stuff goin on, and i still think its weird, too weird even with context, like why does the other transform into a bear to have intercourse with the other? its a weird intention of the transforming character to do so and the other to achept so aswell, wich honestly not good

alsol difference between an animal and a race that is somewhat based of looks of an animal, one is an animal, the other is still a person that can think just like a human, the transformation was just an animal, if it turns into like a bear person, then its less weird so to say, gay sex whatever, but no excuse for it to be a heavy hint at zoophila

I won't lie. I was extremely put off by that scene, to the point I just turned off the livestream and watched a recap video afterwards.

That said, I'm still going to play the game. You're only going to get hot sexy times with shapeshifting man-bear if you actively seek it out.
