The idea of a character with a magical nuke in them set to go off *whenever* is exciting. Ah, c'est la vie
Don't worry it's still in the game. You're not looking for Karlach, you're looking for Gale [baldursgate3.wiki.fextralife.com]. He has a magical bomb inside of him that could 'level a city' and is on a time limit to get rid of it.
Karlach's one is more of a combat thing, where she has a unique Beserk mode that can see her damage people around her, including your team.

Karlach has a 'hell-engine' embedded in her chest that is implied to eventually kill her so my mind was still on that.
While generally good guidelines, Wiki's are written by people, and as such may have missing info, misunderstood or entirely false content.
There's not much written at the moment because there's not much information available yet.
