The 'final' patch is on August 3rd, 2023.

The next update will be the full release.

It was speculation at best. Guess we're waiting for the end of the month. Hopefully they do a 1.0 patch notes here soon.

Tbf, Patch 9 did say it was going to be the last patch before release.

I sure as hell don't want them working on an interim patch when they should be polishing 1.0, which comes out in less than a month.

Official release is less than a month, no they aren't going to waste more time on an EA build and spend it getting the official release ready to go and polished up best they can.
