Theres a mod called the choose your own stats mod. Lets you alter your stats to reflect your dice roll.
No, it is not, at least not in early access, and WolfheartFPS, one of the people they flew out to the launch showcase Panel from Hell did not see it in the character creator. He was allowed to play a launch version of the game for 4 hours, so unless they deliberately hid it during that panel, it is not in the game.
The game is balanced around point buy. If you cheat all 18 you’re gonna ruin the game for yourself.
