If we assume Act 2 is at least 30% longer, then it's roughly 45-60 hours or so.
And then Act 3 probably about as long as Act 1, so another 35-45 hours.
Add them up, and you get approximately 115-150 hours.
I'm already nearing 600 hours just in EA, and it's likely I'll spend 1000's of hours playing this game, especially with mods.

So if whole game is 75-100

they already said that there is a part you can get through 800 lines of dialogue in 4 clicks because it is accounting for all the permutations you had to get there. So no doubt.
