Yes, you can play as a dragonborn, but your only romance option is with another male dragonborn, and only if you, too, are a male dragonborn. I'd love to see that.

Gonna answer this seriously; it's not bestiality. For it to be bestiality, you would have to be mating with a creature that lakes sentience and sapience. For example Elise kissing Sonic in 06 isn't bestiality it is... necrophilia though.
