il keep an eye on that, watching my gpu load and temp very carefully whilst running the game x4, nothing is over where it should be but if its a sign if impending doom that would be a shame.
If you don't see anything wrong with the GPU and it doesn't seem to show up again it might have just been a freak EA moment. Glitches can happen in any EA since the game build isn't optimized.
I had this a few times trying to emulate multiplayer (with multiple clients, to make a custom party) without remembering to lower settings first. Never happened when a single player is running.
Maybe it will help with this artifacts as well .
If that doesn't help, i would suggest lowering graphics maybe start with resolutions...
