Read the Store Page.
Looking forward to it.
And Larian already has it's own closed beta for the full game.
Once again, learn what Early Access is.
We don't know how much of the game is complete, only what we have access to.
Also, read the Store Page.
I have no idea what you are complaining.
Which is what Early Access is about. Seriously, if you ignore Early Access it's just another Pre-Order so I have no idea why OP calls it a scam when it isn't.
The early access notes says that we only get access to a portion of act 1. The full story is only currently available to play if you go to a closed beta in one of their studios.
because thats not how early access works. Thats not how it works in any game
In fact, considering the time spent. In the present, the ea should have been more and fuller. (And not so incomplete broke state)
Therefore, this bg3 ea is indeed a bit of a shame.
Anyway, let's wait for another six months ......
paying full price for early access so far back is kinda wild and it led me to hold of on dropping 60$ for a game that i hear not only progress wipes you but also has a level lock at 20?
the suspicion is understandable from the fans and its wild to see people in here making excuses just to shut others down with a common phrase "you dont know how early access works do you' or "its in early access".
i have never seen a game in early access so far back that costs full price and has so much content missing its almost looking at Star citizen having a endless in the works state almost like it was left in stasis for eternity.
im honestly tired of trying to find reasons to justify if i should buy the game or not. i could just get Pillars of eternity 2 on steam and have a blast there or play tabletop D&D that already has plenty of content out there. no im not against early access but i am myself a victim of bad product management and early access scams in the past so....
