PS5 Release - Res? Frame Rate? Options?

Super excited this was announced for Ps5. As you can see I own this on PC and have for quite a while. My pc GPU is quite dated and not up to the task of this game like this sadly, given the insane costs of GPU's recently I would gladly pay for this game again on the ps5 but would love more info on target frame rate, resolution. Performance 60 fps or Quality 4k/30 options? etc... thanks!
