If a solution does arise, it's much more likely to come in the form of a mod, rather than a toggle option from the devs.
Might be a problem with us heading to the Underdark at some point, modswapping beasts is one thing but speaking characters (they showed Driders already) is less "easy" to do.
That said, your best hope will be mods to replace spiders and spider-like creatures in the full game.
On the topic, I can't say ive ever seen a game take phobias in to consideration so would be interested to see a developers view on the subject.
I'm ok with spiders, but I'm a trypophobe. I still have nightmares about the crones in Witcher 3 (the one with the beehive for an eye).
It's not like phobias are rational. Jeez.
Just tear off 2 of it's 8 legs and it will qualify as one ;)
Only a bully tells people to suck it up like it's something that is easy to deal with. It is not. Take it from someone who used to be irrationaly afraid of heights.
