**Collector's Edition Version for EA Players

**Edited title to clarify my meaning-- The Collector's Edition includes a digital code to the game, along with the other goodies like the book, cloth map, metal d20, etc. I was just wondering if anyone knew if Larian had any plans to release a version of the Collector's Edition without the digital game code for those of us who have already purchased the game in EA.

Not sure if they're going to do one, but for those of us playing EA (repeatedly for some of us >.> ) the Deluxe/Special Edition on pre-order comes with a steam code for the game, which obviously we wouldn't need since we've already purchased/invested in the game itself. Seems kind of strange Larian wouldn't offer a version for those of us who are already playing EA so we wouldn't have to buy the game twice. Has anyone heard/read anything about this?

A collectors edition without the game is kind of silly. Given you also could have bought this game over a year ago before any announced collectors edition, I for one don't care for the extra code. It just means if say I didn't own the game already, I could have the game with all the physical goodies. Digital things are semi worthless since this game has been in early access long enough that mods are well in existance, and with the community, anything digital exclusive to a collectors edition will be on steam marketplace within the month of planned release. Physical things are better. The extra code if you open the thing would be nice to gift to a friend to have a multiplayer game going. if not, this game will be relevant for quite some time in terms of a dnd game.
Essentially, buying a collectors edition of the game but not getting the game feels kinda bad. The collectors edition is for the physical goodies that come with it. An extra copy you can prolly sell on actual release as on actual release, many people will buy the game if they haven't already (I intend to buy three additional copies and send them to friends so we can 4 player squad up and see what happens)
