Darkvision does not work?

My Tiefling still gets the blind-effect, if walking into an area with the darkness-spell. Shouldn't Darkvision lets you see in darkness?

Darkness is magical darkness which can't be viewed through unless you can explicitly see through magical darkness.

You need Truesight if you want to see in magical darkness. Darkvision is not enough

Or Devil's Sight, Blindsight, Tremorsense, maybe a few others. But certainly not Darkvision.

Oh, then I have to wait till level 5 for devils sight for my melee warlock to fight in darkness.
