Scuffed rock on beach not movable

Heyo, my rogue passed a perception check on a rock i jumped down to, however noone on my party to can move it, my cleric has 12 str and can shove , but it doesnt do anything, any advice pls

Need more strength. Lae'zel should be able to move it. Hold click on it and drag it out of the way.

I think I moved it with str 12. it just take like 8 or 10 really small moves to get it moved far enough to get to the chest under it. So basically move it inch by inch ^_^
