Shield Spell? Absorb Elements?

You would think with this new reaction system, it would be a perfect time to put these in and get some feedback, considering these and counterspell are pretty much the holy trinity of wizard defense.

as expected :P I wish I had a good starting point to learn how to mod BG because there's lots of stuff that I'd like to mod to include or make more accurate to 5e and setting lore.
