Models not loading in properly
Hi, I've downloaded the game and whenever i play a lot of times the full model of a creature wont load in (ie. imps with just heads, people with no torsos, weapons not loading in). My drivers are up to date, but i cant figure out why.

You're computer specs might help give us an idea if it's hardware issue. Also have you tried the old "verify files, uninstall/reinstall" process?

GPU? That is most important.
Also Steam will verify it on your library page for BG3

To verify files, go to your library and on the left side where your games are all listed, right click the game and select "Properties." A screen will pop up. On the new screen, click on "local files" and "verify integrity of game files..." should be right there.

still having issues after verify

make sure your plugged into the correct video port for your graphics card. Some motherboards have a built-in video port as well. Its a common mistake to make. But back on subject I have a GTX 1060 card and my models are slow to load at time as well. I feel like the EA game is bloated (file size wise) and it could cause slow down at times, but that just my opinion.

Try playing in DX11 instead of Vulkan. Other than that, looks like your GPU is only 4gb so could maybe be that

From the specs of the MSI GF63 Thin 10SC is looks like he has a GTX 1650 with 4GB of GDDR6. I think it is the low amount of ram on his GPU that is the problem. Everything else looks fine. OP may want to wait for a patch where they optimize the game so it doesn't use up so much of the GPU's ram or maybe run it at a lower setting.
