How do I set the camera to follow my character?
I like the game so far but is there a way to have the camera follow my character so i do not have to keep rotating and zooming in. Trying to set it like a 3rd person over the shoulder feel. I like being able to look around at things without moving my character but not all the time.

Click and hold left click, it will act almost like a joystick, it should lock on until you move your camera again.

I think the camera is always free floating you can always recenter it on your character from a back air view but not over the shoulder, You just double click the character picture or double tap F1-F4 key on the character in question.

Also if you play on StemDeck or Steam Controller you can add camera rotation binding on left stick to be used only when left mouse click is pressed.

Sorry for the necro

Press O if you haven't changed your keybinds. If you have, it's the tactical camera button.
