You can't force the tieflings out like Khaga ask (except if they change that)
It's kind of awkward, either you ignore them - because you can't do it - and side with the gobelins to exterminate or ... you help the tieflings and everything (the "standard" route)
I think if you just ignore them, eventually the Rite of Thorns is completed and the Grove actually gets blocked off.
I'd just like to take a more personal role in making that happen, along with the possibility of taking Kagha as a companion and/or sleeping with her.
Kagha's my fiery red-headed step-elf.
Like, even if I'm a super evil character I'd rather not side with a bunch of crazy chicken-chasing hillbilly goblins. That kind of evil usually gets 'cleansed' pretty quick since, you know, they're goblins and even evil characters just see them as cannon fodder.
Sure, there's a brand of evil that would just supplant the evil leaders of the goblin tribe and use them for their own ends but that type of evil isn't what we would call an 'adventuring evil' character which sort of precludes them from a game that involves, well, adventuring.
Like, I don't think Larian is going to bake in an invasion of Baldur's Gate by your goblin hordes. That would be a narrative scope that would be a little absurd.
1) save the goblin girl, she is tricked, you talk to goblin leader, tell her you will allow her to remove the worm if she goes to war with you. You must roll a 20 on persuade . She will arrive once you use the war horn.
2) After interrupting the druid and siding to kill the girl, you would whisper into her ear that the refuges planned a revolt, This would require you stealing the idol first and planting it on the refugee leader using pick pocket. This would begin the war.
3) When they are fighting, you use the war horn, the goblin arrive. If you saved the druid he would help fight, if you tricked the drow she also fights.
You kill all parties, you go to a long rest, the demon shows up. He congratulates you on being a sadistic monster, gives you the quest letter, you move onto the under dark
