You just need to google for 5 min to get a picture about Tencent. But in general they seem to try to milk dumb people with addicting games like mobas, battle royal riddled with microtransactions and remove competition by taking them over or flood them with law suits.
In short if players would be wise and avoid these crappy games companies like Tencent would just vanish or need to produce quality. They are just in a lucky spot.
