Either way the class added nothing really to my enjoyment particularly since I'm doing the same content anyway
I think theres a high likelihood all the classes are already finished.
I don't think so. If they were, they wouldn't have as many bugs as they do when they're released.
I do think that every class is at least mostly finished, however. I doubt that the last three classes are at 0% of implementation.
You done this with all classes ??? You're gonna be worn out and tired of the game come full release 18 months from now.
Probably not, speaking for myself anyways :-) So many tiny things I find I've missed each playthrough. I need to start keeping notes :-D
As a melee/tank the fighter and the druid are better then the barbarian, and you can simply do more with a fighter and druid then you ever could with a barbarian. Especially the druid where you can tank, and then switch to magic, then back. Heck a properly outfitted cleric can tank as well as a barbarian, and it can still heal.
You have better DPS classes in Ranger, Wizard, and Warlock.
Simply put in BG3 the barbarian doesn't bring anything new to the table.
I actually kept notes, to be honest, despite completing the Early Access only once. I even steered clear of some areas, saving them for full release, mainly the swamps/bog. I never went there. Grymforge also released after I played EA. So yes, there is a lot of detail to discover and memorize in every location. But you gotta save some for full release. Otherwise where will the sense of exploration be at ?
Still have those notes. Gonna pull them forth come full release.
I know one of my characters for my table top games is a tiefling barbarian, but hes a fighter dip for action surge, but the table is very different from a game so I don't know for sure if I will even touch barbarian here.
I'm still experimenting with this game, and I'm mostly enjoying melee characters, but again, fighter over barb.

I like it as a multiclass option for taking advantage of UD and/or Rage.
As a DM of a barbarian player, the main role they fill seems to be being damn hard to take down thanks to the damage resistance of Rage and high hit die. Otherwise, they bonk, that's about it.
