*SPOILER*Who the heck is the Mindflayer in....
I was curious allready when I played before... Why do the dead mindflayer in the Goblin Camp recognize the PC as his murder?
It is told that he was on the nautiloid and probably saw you, but whats the thing with the murder, he opens a capsule and see only darkness. The moment where you killed him on the ship?

Did that happend before the game starts or something? That confused me a little.

if you dont interect with the 3 fisherman and dont kill that mind flayer, is there a possibility that once you go to the goblin camp he is alive ?

If you don’t interact with that encounter, the game changes the Mindflayer they’re interrogating to a smaller, different one who may or may not have seen you on the nautiloid. Basically they acknowledge the difference but I don’t think the outcome actually changes.

Oh man I didn't expect that scout out and find THIS one in the Story, well thats interesting. I met him because scene was just too cool (and had to kill him ofc). I will avoid him next time for now.
