Honestly though, it's not a great spell to twin because of this. Orb is way better in just about every respect anyway, even without being twinned. In fact a whole lot of spells are better in just about every respect.
However, if you get your targets wet first, you'll still do double damage with the initial hit so twinning it isn't the worst idea.
thats good to know, I pretty much gave up on this spell after using it to kill the tutorial boss, the double damage sounds fun to mess with.
Nice necro from two years ago, but if it's a 'bug' it's been a bug for...two years now.
For a brief time in EA you could use it as you would expect although even then you had to twin each subsequent cast to do damage to two targets.
Would be nice if this particular spell would work as expected while twinned since it would at least give it a niche but at this point I think we're just going to have to settle on it being mostly useless as a spell.
