We want Turkish language support for baldurs gate 3

As Turks, we admire your game and want to play a lot, but we cannot play it because there is no Turkish language support. Please help us play such a big game in our language and provide Turkish language support.

Unless there is a huge outcry from the Turkish community regarding a translation+localization of the game (which doesn't seem to be the case), it's probably not going to happen. It's not worth the time or monetary investment to accommodate another language like that unless the demand is clear and strong. If the interest exists, and is demonstrable, than bringing it to their attention through their official forums or direct contact is the way to go. Something like a petition with a very large amount of signatures or an incredibly long thread on their forums. Outside of that, the chances of them supporting Turkish are essentially zero.

That being said, if there's enough of an audience for it, it's likely that a mod will be created that will translate the game to Turkish, as well as other languages that aren't supported. It seems like that's your best bet at this point, since translation and localization expansion seems to be pretty far down on their list of priorities.

You are right and this makes me very sad. Although what you say seems easy, it is not easy for people to come together and make their voices heard, at least in my country. I wish we could do what you said to play this wonderful game in our own language.

Turkish language would be really amazing to this game. I do not trust my English knowledge so, i can't buy the game. If it's Turkish language support is announced, I'll buy it directly.
