It’s a game where our hero’s hot Avariel wife says ‘You saved the rude drow, my love. Now tell her to beat it’ Given that our hero had a tendency of killing all evildoers -companions included- and asking questions later the drow wisely disappeared into the shadows.

And the story went on... 😊

Just for this comment, Larian is going to put in a male drow companion.

Thumbs up on that one. In the meantime, follow Shadow's lead and make your own.

I don't recognize the face, tat, or clothes - are they a mod?

A little birdie, mentioned to another little birdie, that possibly, if you sided against the grove, and have your way with a certain Drow Priestess, that she might possibly become a follower, much as the silly druid Halsin has become/will become

Screw drows.
Tiefling gang for the win.

Baldur's Gate is one of the few surface cities which does have a Drow population, so it's entirely possible that there might be a Drow origin character.

I don't trust Halsin - Got me to eliminate the goblin threat for him, jerked me around and screwed me on the cure, then got indignant about it. Killed him. Don't frack a Drow.
Minthara is what she says she is and her agenda is what she says it is. There is the little part about her trying to shiv me in the night, though... that was not cool. Plus, our agenda is to eliminate the tadpole and she already worships the Absolute .. where does the story go with that? Could be interesting.
I do earnestly hope your little birdie is a reliable source cuz that'd be boss to have the option.

I will ha have to side with Minthara a couple more times to confirm, but both times that I have we ended up in a fight after a sex session. It seemed totally unavoidable. She just wants to kill you after using your body for a saddle.

So unless they make a change or there is a specific dialog that I missed, you will have to kill her in combat (if you knock her out I assume she is still hostile and leaves). So no chance of her joining you currently in the game I think.

Actually Streeja, if you get to that point where you wake up and she tries to shiv you, if you use the tadpole power to 'prove to her' then she will cease hostilities and even aid you getting to Moonrise Towers via her crazy friend, but tells you that since you were supposed to die that night (the Absolute told her to kill you) that you cannot return to the goblin camp (as they will be under the impression that Minthy followed through with her orders) and that you need to go to Moonrise Towers and prove yourself to the Absolute, only then can you return to her as her beloved.

Cool. I will try that. I guess I just didnt see that path before me. I will pay more attention next time. Thanks.

yes see above.
Drow love... the best love... you know they are gonna leave scars, but then again, we deserve them for killing all the Tiefling Kids
:D
