Patch 5 - Playing I have noticed the activation of the Shadow of Menzober... is touchy. It does not activate easily. I have also found a cheat - you can activate it - not easily - and it can be unequipped and passed to another party member - you can pass it around and the whole party can be invisible. I would not allow this to stand as a DM.

Look at my screenshot - all characters are invisible.

You handed it once to often screenshot around it is also invisible :P
