Gnome backpack?

Anybody know where he is? i stopped the windmill and he told me he has a backpack in the village but i cannot found it anywhere

Beside the windmill there's a hatch to underground section, I think it's there

It's not terribly exciting in the rewards department. It's just a "big pack" in the basement with some mediocre loot. The goblins probably took the good stuff already.

It's called "heavy pack," and the loot is actually important. You can use the smokepowder satchel to blow open a hidden entrance to the goblin base.

It is in the mill basement, the loot is basically a gunpowder bomb which is always nice to have.

one of the strongest boots in the game if you put them on your rogue & "rush" to charge them before you shoot (he must have medium armor profeciency first)

Yeah, it's one of your first sources for a proper bomb. You can also hold on to it and use it and the smokepowder found elsewhere instead of a far more powerful single explosive at a later point in Act 1, giving you a grenade that can delete most encounters in Act 2...bombs are fun in this game :D.
