Alfirna, Tiefling Bard, future party member?

Did you help her write her song? Its much better if you don't criticize her and break her lute, like I see pretty much every streamer do. There's a nice song as a reward. Her singing is pretty good when you finish her dialogue tree in a good way.

I´m pretty sure that we will be able to recruit the Tiefling we help with the cultists pretending to be Paladins somewhere down the line, since she even has a "Do you want to join me" option in the dialogue, so I´m not sure if another female tiefling companion is likely.

edit: OH RIGHT. she's wounded off by the river down below the house where you get that special rare sword from. I forgot. Yeah she says she's on the run from some devil queen or whatever, right? She said she'll meet you in Baldur's gate. Yeah I remember now. She'd be nice. She seems like a ranger though, which is an odd choice for a tiefling. They don't get dex bonuses.

You mean there's already one? With all the tieflings around in this area, I'm frankly SHOCKED there isn't a recruitable tiefling somewhere. Zevlor seems pretty awesome to be fair, but he's also busy leading the refugees. I don't want to pull him from them.

I'd rather have someone who doesn't have a clear leadership role, but still has potential. Alfirna is actually really cute, and with the lute, she gives off a potential bard vibe - and her tiefling sublcass grants a +2 to charisma, which is what bards will be using.

So I can EASILY imagine her being a future recruitable companion. She even has a reason to travel with you anyway. Her dedication to getting better at stories and music, for the sake of her teacher. She already has the backstory. She'd be PERFECT.

Yeah, but not a bard. We also have a rogue already with Astarion.

Which is why I think Alfirna may be a future party member. She's early on in the game, she's a class that we wont be able to use until the future updates. She also has a voice actress, her character has a nice backstory, and is in a position where she has a lot of room for growth, both in her character and her skills.

The more I think about it the more it fits. I'd be sad if she's just a one off.

did you guys knew that when you play with her luth you can keep it after ? Althought it seem to not have much use... (maybe useful to save the boy against the harpy with a high dice roll but i killed the harpy before acquiring the luth so... I don't know)

Well that would combine Tiefling, which I hate, with Bard, which I hate as well, so, no, please not.
