STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM !
The NPC's in this game needs a lot of work . My thief did a successful steal , the dice rolled in his favor , people had their backs turned towards me . Yet , my thief got caught , and the every NPC in the Druid Grove became my enemy .

If my personal character was successful in his heist , no other NPC's should know about it . Please work on the thieving part of this game .

don't hang out at the scene of the crime. that's the only way to get caught if you've made a successful sleight of hand roll.

if youre talking about the relic they pray to , its coded that way.

even if you take your time to shove it all the way outside the grove and are all alone when you pick it up - all the druids will notice anyways.

idk why it lets you shove it indefinitely tho - i just shove it until its at the spot where i actually want to fight then pick it up.

Yeah, I am guessing this is a bug. Maybe they didn't think of players using shove on it?

I actually didn't try any pickpocketing yet. Gotta try that out, DOS2 they would search for you if u stole from them. So maybe it's a bug from that.

Ah, thanks! I was wondering how to steal it from the middle of the ritual circle, without using invisibility!

You can get a mission from the tiefling thief guild (junior branch) and get a fake statue. Swapping that out prevents the theft being noticed.

I made a thread already with this, trying to explain how I can I roleplay this game with a lawful stupid paladin when the only available party members are evil scum . I would be forced to arrest/ kill them on principal alone. Using this quote.

Any crime they commit I would be forced to do this quote.

quick tip, drop your swag in crate, don't keep it in your inventory. then just collect it later. I carry a crate around for 2 reasons, stole items and getting height advantage for combat casting/archery work.
