Skill"tree" needs to be a little bit more specific
Long story short, i suck at the game and basically started 3 times over.

Mainly because of skill"mistakes"

First thing i want to adress is:
If the the passive Talent you are choosing is telling you to be "immune to Fall dmg", well jeah i would kinda expect to be immune to fall dmg right?
I dont mind the fact that its 50% reduced Fall dmg, but might aswell adress it like that?^^ you can just skill 4 times including your charackter creation and you cant reset at any point so it should be accurate please.

Secondly If you are already trained in a specific weapon type, you should not be able to pick the same weapons in "Weaponmastery" as stacking is not a thing, but thats also quite unclear.

I think you meant skill description instead of skill tree. Skill tree is something entirely different which does not exist in DnD. For context, skill trees are used to make progressing in a specific skill unlocks the next skill which falls under the same skill tree branch.

Thats why i put it in brackets, i was also going to "complain" about the way they introduce you to your Levelups, as i leveld 2 times stats without realizing i need to click on the small " switch talent" text to get to different options...
But then i felt a bit stupid and didnt adress it... Thinking about it now im sure a lot ppl did the same mistake... ;) so well its here now

But jeah i got your point, its not a "skill-tree"

Skill trees where too complex in DnD before. You had to read through skill tree and make some Charakter-planing. This was too cumbersome so you don’t need to plan a Charakter now and you cannot choose something wrong now. 5e „fixed“ that complexity

5e or dnd in general was truly made for tabletop which kinda sucks. DnD doesn't really give you all the capabilities a video game can give.

It tells you it just makes you resistant to fall damage, not 'immune'.
Resistance = half damage

Second story work says that it give you resistance not immunity. I think you got confused on that part as resistance has always been half damage in 5e.

I concur. I did make the same mistake. The UI could be clearer here. I also don't like that it pre-loads recommended stat bumps when ur eligible.

You can always feather fall it but most of the passives are like that.

example:
data "Boosts" "Resistance(Slashing, Resistant);Resistance(Bludgeoning, Vulnerable)"

Resistance 1/2 damage and Vulnerable, i suspect it is 1.3 but I have not found the declaration for it.

FYI on a couple of the thief subclass skills built into the game currently although you may not have access to them at level 4:

new entry "SecondStoryWork"
type "PassiveData"
data "DisplayName" "Passive_SecondStoryWork_DisplayName"
data "Description" "Passive_SecondStoryWork_Description"
data "Boosts" "FallDamageMultiplier(0.5)"

new entry "SecondStoryWork_Climbing"
type "PassiveData"
data "DisplayName" "Passive_SecondStoryWork_Climbing_DisplayName"
data "Description" "Passive_SecondStoryWork_Climbing_Description"

new entry "SecondStoryWork_Jumping"
type "PassiveData"
data "DisplayName" "Passive_SecondStoryWork_Jumping_DisplayName"
data "Description" "Passive_SecondStoryWork_Jumping_Description"
