Drow armor weakend by sunlight

I found that piece of light drow armor on one of the dead drow near weaukyne's rest. It says in the description that the sun have weakened it. Anyone knows if there is a way to empore it back ? I've went to the underdark with it, but it doesn't seem toc hange it's stats so far. :)

They removed the effect sunlight has on Race already.

I assume if you get the armor in the underdark they wont have it weaken in sunlight as you are wearing it.
